Deborah set up Pinpoint in 2002 and has a breadth of experience in the design of Leadership Development Programmes, across a wide range of sectors as well as being an excellent hands on facilitator. She is passionate about creating programmes which allow individuals to align their values to their organisation, creating first class customer experiences and adding commercial value. 

Deborah has designed and delivered our Programmes with Porsche Cars Great Britain, Mercedes-Benz, Esri UK & Ireland, Santander, Deutsche Bank, Oxford Health, Jewsons.

Amanda has 15 years experience in Sales and Leadership, predominately in the Retail and Pharmaceutical Industry and joined Pinpoint in 2014. Her expertise and enthusiasm lie in all areas of leadership, customer experience and Sales and she uses her NLP and strong coaching skills, together with focused business acumen to help people and businesses reach their potential.

With strong rapport building skills, Amanda loves working with groups or coaching individuals 121 alike. She has co-designed our programmes with GSK, Porsche Retail Group, Deutsche Bank and Mercedes-Benz.

Lisa comes from Operational Management within the premium automotive sector. She has a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, business strategy and people development. She is passionate about identifying ways to help businesses and people grow to achieve their true potential. Lisa loves a challenge and channels her energy and sense of humour into making a difference. Lisa has worked with Audi, Jaguar cars, T-Mobile and Mercedes-Benz.

David worked with us on the Mercedes-Benz Retail Group Customer Experience Programme and has worked in the Sales and Training environment for over 25 years. His other passion is in recruitment and this gives him a real rounded experience from candidate selection through to induction and skills training. He has a breadth of experience leading teams at National Account Manager level and Sales Manager roles within Retail organisations such as Coca Cola, Unichem, Mars Wrigley and Hasbro.

Clare comes from an Education Background, having spent 20 years teaching in schools until she joined us predominantly to administer our ILM Leadership Programmes. Clare plays a key part in ensuring our programmes are successful through providing logistical support. She has eons of experience in looking after tricky creative types, makes sure we are where we should be, and is the kingpin in the evaluation process.

Phil joined Pinpoint as Director in 2004 from a heavy hitting background in senior commercial Sales, Marketing and People Development roles. He has a breadth of experience in leading change through direct line and matrix organisational models and developing change management programmes to support this. 

Rebecca is a highly experienced Leadership development consultant, working across a vast range of sectors, including Commercial vehicles (Trucks) and passenger cars, Housing, Education, Financial Services. Rebecca brings a real specialism in assessment and plays a key role in our Assessment team for Mercedes-Benz.

Emma is a highly experienced Executive Coach with a career in sales and leadership in the Pharmaceutical and Recruitment industry. With a decade of coaching, facilitating and content design for some of the world’s best known brands – she is passionate about the whole person approach to coaching.  

She loves to empower her clients to build the mindset and learn the skills to thrive, and uses her NLP and Master Resilience tools to help her clients shift the dial and reach their goals. Emma loves to bring her authentic self, super energy and humour to her sessions, making it a memorable experience for all who experience her programmes.

Paul has 25 years of working in the automotive industry. His last role was Retail Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Mayfair, so he brings huge credibility to our team, particularly on the Operational side. Having managed teams within automotive it gives him the ability to challenge both process and people. Motor Industry Experience working with some great brands including Vauxhall, Nissan, BMW, Audi & Porsche Cars GB and he is currently delivering our Star Expert Programme at Mercedes-Benz.

Deborah is a certified and experienced Business Coach, and has spent over a decade helping managers and directors achieve their goals, and reach their full potential. She has worked in many industries; automotive, commercial vehicle, hospitality, call centres, defence, engineering, technology, telecommunications, waste management, FMCG, the NHS and currently one of our Business Coaches on the Mercedes-Benz C-Management Programme.
